Every once in a while, a cigar reminds you why first impressions don’t always tell the whole story.

When I first picked up the Stoic Equanimity Courage, I wasn’t convinced it was going to be a cigar I’d enjoy. Construction throughout the smoke was excellent. The burn remained even, the draw stayed effortless, and the cigar produced thick, flavorful smoke from beginning to end. I never found myself reaching for a lighter to correct the burn, allowing me to simply relax and enjoy the experience.

Had I stopped at the cold draw, I would have completely missed one of the more enjoyable flavor transitions I’ve experienced in recent memory.
