About Thor’s Cigar Vault

Thor’s Cigar Vault is an online premium cigar shop built for cigar smokers who appreciate the craftsmanship and tradition that surrounds a great cigar.

Like many cigar smokers, my journey into cigars didn’t start with confidence – it started with a little intimidation.

I still remember walking into a lounge for the first time and grabbing my first cigar, hoping I wouldn’t light it wrong and quietly hoping I wouldn’t accidently inhale and start coughing in front of everyone in the lounge. Anyone who has ever stepped into a cigar lounge for the first time probably knows that feeling. 

Huge relief, at the end of the day I held my composure and knew I would be back. I went back time and time again. But what kept me coming back wasn’t the cigars themselves – it was the ambience.

There is something about cigars that creates a completely different environment than anything else I’ve experienced. Conversations happen naturally, strangers become friends, and for a moment the world slows down. Cigars have a way of bringing people together in a way very few things can.

The atmosphere is what drew me deeper into the world of premium cigars years ago, and it is the same feeling that eventually inspired the creation of Thor’s Cigar Vault.

There were two people in particular who influenced the decision for me to start this business. I won’t mention their’ names here, but if they ever read this, they’ll know exactly who they are. The environment they’ve created around cigars should be the golden standard – the camaraderie, the conversation, and the welcoming atmosphere – showed me what cigar culture is truly about.

Starting this business is my way of creating more of that.

Thor’s Cigar Vault is built as a place where cigar smokers who are experienced or may just be getting into it can discover premium cigars online, explore curated selections, and experience cigars that deserve a place in their humidors. Rather than stocking thousands of random cigars, We focus on a carefully curated selection of premium cigars, boutique brands, and rare releases chosen for their craftsmanship, flavor, and reputation.

If a cigar makes into Thor’s Cigar Vault, it earned its place.

The name Thor’s Cigar Vault was inspired by my dog Thor – the Face of the brand. Thor protects the house, his family, and the cigar vault like it’s his full-time job. If there is any dog out there that would kick back and enjoy a cigar at the end of the day, it’s him.

At the end of the day, cigars are about more than tobacco.

They are about the experience, the people around you, and the moments you remember long after the smoke clears.
